Arrival time:
Please allow us the flexibility of scheduling our arrival time on your cleaning day. We will make every effort to accommodate an a.m. or p.m. schedule. We all know about Traffic, Weather, and Emergencies. Our goal is quality not hasty service therefore We require a non exact arrival time.
Lock outs:
Please make sure your home is accessible to us. If upon arrival we cannot enter or clean your home, a lock out fee of $25 will be charged to your account, as we have reserved this time for you and have turned away other business.
Rescheduling:
Special cleans such as first time cleans, move ins and move outs or construction require a 48 hour notice. Basic cleans require a 24 hour notice. Last minute cancellations will be treated as lock outs.
Hazardous materials:
To protect our employees, we cannot clean blood, vomit, animal waste, human waste, or litter boxes.
Quality guarantee:
Our customers are our best thermometer in gauging our quality. Your home is very important to us and we value your opinion. If you are ever unhappy with cleaning for any reason, we ask that you contact the office at 443-333-6927 so we can send out our quality control team to meet your needs. We do not provide monetary refunds, but please be assured you will get what you paid for a great and thorough cleaning.
Special requests:
Would you like us to start your laundry, clean out the fridge, or other special requests? We will be happy to add it to your work order and customize your clean for you. Just call the office prior to your visit.
